Yes! The opening of K-10 rocked to the awesome tunes from BGS! With a special encore of the vocal track (with actual singing)!
We had 10 on lead (and vocals!), Kendra on the drums, Anwen on bass, Stacy on synth and Maddy on keys!
We kicked off at 10:30 (slt) with a modest crowd then watched as more and more arrived! Opening with a track for the upcoming album, we then followed with some of the familiar classics. The smoke machines started, the lights began and we were well underway. The usual mix of banter followed, along with a mix from the old album and some new and exclusive tracks!
The lights and music continued for over 2 whole hours of fun, hijinxs, atmosphere... and even music!

Silver Peal beach Gig Report
Despite the Lindens, the servers, lag and RL we rocked the wonderful Jazz house and sim that is SILVER PEARL BEACH!
Our first gig since the debut album 'Dreams of the Unknown' released for download (to the right of the screen under downloads) drew an amazing crowd (yes we love you too :-)))
With the amazing musical Maestro 10 Gumbo on Lead, the magnificent Maddi on keyboard, fantastic Kendra on drums, awesome Anwen on Bass and sensational Stacy on synth, the band kicked off with a few songs from the recent album.
They followed this up with some of the new songs from the forthcoming album (oh yes 10 works hard.......its not all backstage parties and fun in the tour bus!)
Next followed 2 hours of pure unadulterated ambient rock.....music to take your clothes off to...and banter between the gathered crowd and band..... the atmosphere was electric with the crowd dancing, sunbathing, enjoying the fantastic sim and hospitality of Connie, and the band proceeding to drink, laugh, and play.

Silver Pearl Beach
Yes, another first on our SL world tour.....an evening gig, this time back at Silver Pearl Beach! With the talented fingers of Stacy at the synth and the sensational Snowdrop stepping into kendras shoes (see our earlier comments about Kendra playing for the sugar babes)...we played our first evening gig at Silver pearl beach.
Slightly different venue this time, but same floating stage. We started with some tracks from the upcoming album, and then a few favourites from Dreams of the Unknown...and then to venture back into even more new tracks. As always all our music is written and performed solely by the multi talented 10 Gumbo, recorded, and produced, and then played by us in SL for you to enjoy.
We also streamed the whole gig live through this blog with great thanks to Kendra and Snowdrop!!

Broken G Strings.....overload EDEN
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Ok, well that was a gig and a half. Broken G Strings actually swamped EDEN, so many AMAZING fans came to support us, have fun, and support EDEN we had to get a second stream so you all could hear and were in danger of crashing the sim.....that is how much you all rock and we love you!!!! We even ended up streaming through the blog here!
For the first time ever, not only had our usual line up of Kendra on drums, Maddi on keys, Anwen on bass and 10 on lead, but also featured the wonderfully gorgeous and immensly fun Gurrl Lecker on synth!!

We opened with some tracks from the upcoming album, and then moved through the current album 'Dreams of the Unknown', some of the tracks are available to hear below, as always! We lasted almost 2 hours, and we know we had an amazing time, we hope you did as well!!!

Broken G Strings rock Silver Pearl
Once again the wonder that is Broken G String returned to our spiritual home/regular spot/the only place that lets us back other than to pay for the broken things or for apologies, the ever-amazing Silver Pearl Beach!
The wonderful Connie took over keyboard for this gig, rocking out some awesome tunes.

We also had two amazingly awesome guest drummers in the form of jonny
and vio
We got to rock out tunes from our first album Dreams of the Unknown (which you can hear below) and also some from the upcoming album! Whilst it was a smaller more intimate gig it was the usual mix of relaxing, fun, and a good laugh.

Broken G String return to Silver Pearl Beach
The crowd gathered at Silver Pearl Beach this morning at 1slt. The stage was set, the band assembled, ready to play amidst the friendly heckling. With offers of rum and threats of nudity, they began to play that unique, melodic, ambient rock that is making a name for Broken G String throughout SL. The music as always, is written and performed by 10, recorded and then performed by Broken G Strings. Opening with tracks from the latest album, the crowd were in great spirits, joking with the band. Viewers were set to Midnight, the stage lit in different hues of red, yellow, green and blue, with smoke and fire flashing out at the crescendo’s of different songs. The set started with some tracks from the new album ‘Dreams of the Unknown’, (three of which you can hear right here on our blog).
As the band got into the groove, the crowd were on their feet and began to dance. The beach rocked to the Broken G Strings ambient rock music. Applause, cheers, and smiles greeted a few new tracks, and when the subject of alcohol was mentioned an even bigger party got started. The beach partied for a whole two hours, and then the audience cried for an encore.
